PBG Copilot Privacy Policy

Version 1.0. Effective July 7, 2026.

This policy covers the public PBG Copilot websites: pbgcopilot.com, watch.pbgcopilot.com, and the early access waitlist. These pages are operated by PBG Consulting. It explains in plain language what we collect on these pages, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the choices you have. It does not cover the PBG Copilot platform used by licensed agents after onboarding, which has its own agreements.

1. What we collect

  • Demo access details. When you ask to watch the full demo we ask for your full name, your email address, and your phone number.
  • Waitlist details. When you join the early access list on pbgcopilot.com we collect your email address.
  • Email verification data. To confirm your email address is real we send you a six digit code. The code is stored only as a protected hash, it expires after a short time, and the number of attempts is limited.
  • Technical data. Your IP address, your approximate location such as city and country, basic browser and device information, and your language preference.
  • Viewing activity. Whether you unlocked the demo, when you started watching, and when you returned to watch again.

2. Why we collect it

We use this information to give you access to the demo, to confirm your email address is real, to contact you about PBG Copilot and early access, to protect these pages from abuse, and to understand interest in the product. We use it only as necessary for these purposes.

3. Email verification

Access to the full demo requires a quick email confirmation. We send a six digit code to the address you provide and unlock the video only after the correct code is entered. This keeps fake addresses out and confirms it is really you.

4. How your data is stored and protected

Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and it is stored on infrastructure located in the United States. It does not leave US jurisdiction. Access is limited to the people who need it to operate these pages and respond to you.

5. We do not sell your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We share it only with service providers under contract that help us operate these pages, such as email delivery and hosting and security providers, and with authorities when the law requires it.

6. Cookies and localStorage

We do not use advertising cookies on these pages. We use your browser's localStorage for two things: your language choice, and a private viewing token so you do not have to fill the form again to rewatch the demo. You can clear both at any time in your browser settings.

7. Retention

We keep the details above while we prepare and launch PBG Copilot so we can contact you as promised. If you never become a customer, your details are deleted after 24 months of inactivity. Verified deletion requests are honored earlier.

8. Your choices and how to request deletion

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it using the request form below. We reply to the email address you provide and act on verified requests. We never publish anyone's contact information on these pages.

9. Simulated results

The teaser, the demo video, and every preview on these pages show simulated scenarios. The agents, clients, conversations, numbers, and results are prepared for demonstration and are not real customer outcomes.

10. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes we update the version number and the effective date at the top of this page.
